Online counselling for burnout and chronic overwhelm

​You may be someone who keeps pushing through, even when your body or mind feels exhausted. Perhaps you feel guilty for resting, or hold yourself to standards you would never expect of anyone else.

​

Many of the people I work with are used to being the responsible one. The one who manages, supports and endures, even when they are running on empty. They often tell themselves they should be coping better, and feel guilty for needing support at all.

​

By the time they reach out, something has usually started to give. They know they cannot continue at the same pace.

​

In our work together, we begin to slow things down in a safe and steady way. There is space to listen to your body, soften self criticism and explore boundaries with less guilt. Over time, life can begin to feel more sustainable and balanced.

Who I work with and how

I work exclusively with adults (18+) in the UK through remote sessions, using telephone or video calls. This flexible approach offers accessible support from the comfort of your own home or private space.
